HSD Copier-Printer (in the Office)

The FITSquad continues to work with Canon to get the Copier-Printer in the HSD Office back online and working once more. We are sorry for the delay but will let you know as soon as it is working again. Canon is telling us that the problem (a failed internal hard drive on the device) was caused by the copier-printer being improperly powered off. Please keep the following in mind if you must power off any of the new copier-printer devices, please follow these guidelines:
  1. On the TOP of each device, there is a small, circular Power button. Press this button. The LCD display will go dark.
  2. Once the LCD display is dark, you can then locate the Main Power switch, either on the side or the back, and power off the device.
  3. After waiting a good 30 seconds, user the Main Power Switch to power on the device once again.
